But it looks like Wyandotte's going to beat Ypsi to it, with $2m(!) in federal grants lined up for the first turbine of five.

Wind ... we have plenty ... more than Wyandotte. But no way to collect it for productive later use.

PacWind makes 500W to 10kW wind turbines for personal use that wouldn't require a $2M investment.

I know just where we could mount them too.
